What Sessions Look Like
Sessions last one hour and are available on Zoom or in person at my private office in South Yorkshire.
Sovereign typically runs seven to ten sessions. The early sessions establish the full picture — every significant thread, its origin, its connection to the central identity position. The work then moves through each thread with precision and care, in a sequence determined by what the work itself reveals.
The later sessions are about consolidation and integration — ensuring the new identity position is stable, grounded, and capable of holding under real-life pressure.
This is not fast in the way Clear is fast. It is thorough. Every thread is followed to its end. Nothing is left partially resolved.
A Note On What This Work Requires
Sovereign is not for everyone and it is not offered casually.
It requires complete honesty — with me and with yourself. It requires the willingness to stay with the process even when it becomes uncomfortable. It requires a level of self-awareness and personal responsibility that not everyone is ready for.

Payment in full prior to commencement, or three instalments of approximately £417. First instalment due at booking.
Where It Begins
Everything starts with a Mapping Session.
For Sovereign clients the Mapping Session often feels different to what they expected — less like an assessment and more like the beginning of something they have been working toward for a long time.
